PlzJoin is a free service that enables you to create and share advanced meeting requests.
It was created after a simple observation:
Online meetings, conference calls and web conferences are great. They save commuting & travels, they break frontiers, and allow people from anywhere to get in touch instantly.
One thing though: they never start on time. They just don't. It's written.
Or maybe it's not; this is why there's so much confusion when initiating a conference call with screen sharing for example:
- Do I need to download a software for this? Where?
- Will you be calling me? Shall I call in? What's the number by the way?
- Can you forward the meeting invitation to Paul as well?
- Wait, when you say we meet at 10, what timezone are we talking about?
While I don't expect to solve all of these problems at once, I want to make online meetings a bit less painful.

- This service is not made by any online meeting or conference call provider. It was created by a guy that got tired of constantly starting web conferences late, no matter what.
- No information is shared or sold to anyone.
- Your invitation will automatically be deleted after 15 days.
